Excursions
The Nahlaot neighborhood and Mahane Yehuda Market are characterized by charming and authentic narrow streets. Throughout the entire neighborhood, you can stroll along the different streets, and meet colorful people, a variety of wonderful stalls, bars and cafes, and small neighborhood gardens. When visiting the city, we recommend taking some time to stroll along the enchanting neighborhood streets and taste the variety of delicacies.
The route begins next to Beit Ha’Am Theater, Nahlaot Neighborhood, Jerusalem.

A magical spot that is also great for a couples’ trip.
Route starting point: Drive along route 395, there is a roundabout at the entrance to Kesalon. After around 400 meters, there is a sharp bend in the road. A little before the bend, the access road to the moshav has a dirt route going off it, leading west to Ein Kesalon
The Mount Tayasim Nature Reserve is a small, charming reserve in the heart of the Jerusalem hills, where you can walk among impressive madrone trees, orchids in bloom (in season), on your way to the Ein Tayasim Spring
The recommended route begins at Mount Tayasim and descends to the Ein Tayasim Spring, a route that is rich in vegetation and blossoms.
Two pools (one shallow and one deep). There are steps leading down to the spring. The area of the spring is vast and offers a magnificent view.
Ein Lavan can be reached via the Biblical Zoo parking lot. The dirt path leading from the zoo to the spring is called Derech Nadav.
– The perfect activity on a hot day. This spring has a shallow pool, great for splashing around in.
Access to the spring is via a dirt path that is not suitable for vehicles, around 1 kilometer from route 3877.
Hillsides covered in evergreen trees, a stunning river channel where the valley and mountain meet, multicolored blooms in season, and to top it all off – a tiny, hidden stream, all awaiting you as part of this excursion, suitable for active families.
