At Jacob Hotels we believe in maintaining equal rights for all our guests. We do our utmost to make our hotels as accessible and comfortable as possible for individuals with handicaps who wish to stay with us. Our accessibility policy is embedded in our website, too, and presents all the information an individual with a handicap needs in accordance with accessibility procedures customary in our country. We aim to ensure that our digital services are accessible to handicapped individuals and invest resources in making internet access as simple as possible, because we believe everyone is entitled to respect, convenience and independence.

  • Hadera Resort Hotel: Public handicapped parking is available opposite the hotel entrance
  • Bat Sheva Hotel: Handicapped parking is available but can only be specifically allocated by advance notice to the hotel
  • Sea Life Hotel: Handicapped parking is available but can only be specifically allocated by advance notice to the hotel
  • Jacob Hotel: No handicapped parking or general parking arrangements are available to hotel guests

  • Shenkin Hotel: All public hotel areas are handicapped accessible except the hotel roof
  • Hadera Resort Hotel: Handicap access solutions are available for hotel areas in general. The outdoor pool area has a designated access gateway.
  • Bat Sheva Hotel: Designated handicapped entrance to the hotel building. Designated accessibility rooms are available with advance notice. The hotel’s various spaces are accessible to individuals with handicaps.
  • Sea Life Hotel: Handicap access to the hotel entrance. Accessibility rooms available with advance notice to the hotel. Access to the internal pool. A designated entrance gives access to the indoor pool, structures and boutique, lawns and outdoor pool. Moving between the boutique campus and the central building is via designated doorways only.
  • Jacob Hotel: No designated access solution. This hotel is exempt from designated accessibility solutions due it being housed in a heritage building marked for preservation.
