Introduction
This document describes the privacy policy of the Jacob Hotels chain, including:

This policy applies when using the company’s website www.jacobhotels.com (the “Website”), when booking services, staying at our hotels, using hotel facilities, and when contacting our customer service (collectively: the “Services”). It describes, among other things, how we use the information collected.
The “Personal Information” will be stored in the Hotel’s databases, and its use will be made in accordance with this Privacy Policy or with the provisions of any applicable law. The Hotel is the data controller of the databases into which information about you will be collected in accordance with this policy.
You are not legally obligated to provide the Personal Information listed below. However, without providing such information, we may not be able to provide you with some or all of the Services. By continuing to use the Website or by contacting us, you consent to this policy and to the collection of Personal Information about you in accordance with it, as detailed below.
In this document, “Personal Information” refers to any data that relates to an identified or identifiable individual, as defined under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (the “Privacy Law”).
1. Types of Information We Collect
Personal information you provide to us or collect from you will be stored in the company’s database (“Personal Information”). The company will retain the Personal Information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy, or for a longer period as required or permitted under applicable law.
1.1. We may collect Personal Information about you, including (subject to review/confirmation by the Hotel):
1.1.1. Identifying details: first and last name, ID/passport number, copy of ID/passport, vehicle number (if provided for parking), age, gender, and ages of children.
1.1.2. Contact details: phone number, email address, physical address.
1.1.3. Reservation details: hotel location, stay dates, and booking cost.
1.1.4. Payment details: bank account details, credit card details. Payment by credit card is processed via an external clearing provider, and the Hotel does not store credit card details in its databases.
1.1.5. Information about the hotel stay: services used, customer service inquiries, feedback, personal preferences (including dietary/medical preferences if provided), and CCTV footage from hotel premises.
1.1.6. Information about membership in the customer loyalty program: booking history, redeemed benefits.
1.1.7. Information about Website use: login times, duration of visits, pages viewed, actions taken.
1.1.8. Technical information: IP address, internet provider, type of device, operating system.
1.1.9. Additional information: any other information you may provide during use of the Website or otherwise.
1.2. We may also collect and process statistical and aggregated data for any purpose. Such information does not identify you and is therefore not considered Personal Information. For example, aggregated data may be used to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific feature on the Website or the percentage of guests using hotel facilities. If you provide us with Personal Information about third parties, you must obtain their consent, and you bear sole responsibility for this.
2. How We Collect Information
2.1. Information you provide directly: when using the Website, filling out forms, registering for the loyalty program, contacting us, participating in activities, or receiving hotel services.
2.2. Information collected automatically: while using the Website (through cookies, logs, and similar technologies). In addition, security cameras are installed on hotel premises.
2.3. Information obtained from third parties, such as travel agents, online booking sites, credit card companies, insurance companies, and other service providers. We may also receive technical and usage information from analytics providers and advertising partners.
3. Use of Information
We may use the Personal Information for the following purposes:
3.1. Providing Services and performing agreements with you.
3.2. Managing reservations and hotel stays, including bookings, billing, and payments.
